Step 1: Choose the desired temperature. Wait until the silicones on the back turned from red to white.
Step 2: (Optional - For best result, apply waterproof mascara before use) Gently hold the eyelash curler against the root of your lashes for 5-10 seconds.
Step 3: Now place the curler in the centre of your lashes to curl the tips for 5-10 seconds. Feel free to repeat if you’d like a stronger lift.
Step 4: Apply mascara (if you like) for the final touch.

Yes - It can be used either before or after mascara. Do make sure to let it dry before applying the heated curler. Suggest to use WATERPROOF mascara. For long lasting results, use it after applying mascara to keep the lift and curl in place.
